防砂技术现状及砾石充填防砂施工参数的优化 被引量:8

摘要 油水井出砂可能导致砂埋油层或井筒砂堵,造成油水井不能正常生产或停产等一系列不良后果,所以对油水井出砂的防治与研究从20世纪60年代就已经开始了。目前的防砂技术主要分为机械防砂、化学防砂和复合防砂3大类。砾石充填防砂技术作为一种有效的机械防砂手段,在新疆油田有广泛的应用,该工艺防砂效果的好坏与防砂筛管缝宽、充填砾石尺寸、砾石填充量、充填排量和充填压力等参数的设置有着密切的关系,因此防砂施工参数的优化显得尤为重要。 A research of sand control in oil -water well had been carried out since 1960 because the sanding possibly led to covering the formation or blocking the wellbore to make the well out of normal operation or shutin eventually.At present,the sanding technology is composed of artificial sanding control,chemical sanding control and compound sanding control.As an effective way of artificial sanding,the gravel pack technology enjoys a wide popularization in Xinjiang Oilfield.Such a conclusion has been reached that the effect of sanding control depends on the setting of seam width,gravel size,packing amount of gravel,discharge of packing and packing pressure as well,showing the importance of optimization of the parameters on the sanding control.
