耐高矿化度聚合物凝胶体系室内研究

摘要 针对哈沙克斯坦热德拜油田高矿化度油藏条件(地层水矿化度为13×10^4mg/L),研制了耐高矿化度聚合物凝胶体系。首先对实验室现有的3种耐盐聚丙烯酰胺、4种有机交联剂,2种稳定剂进行了筛选,最后选定FP3630、有机铝交联剂、硫脲稳定剂作为试验对象。采用单因素法,在确定各因素最佳用量范围基础上,结合正交试验法,确定了试验的最佳配方:当聚丙烯酰胺(FP3630)质量浓度为0.6%,交联剂(有机铝)质量浓度为0.004%,稳定剂(硫脲)质量浓度为0.04%时,其凝胶稳定时间达到了48d。另外,采用动态流变法,考察了聚合物浓度、矿化度、稳定时间对凝胶体系粘度的影响,并对各试验现象从机理上进行了一定的分析。 A sort of polymer gel with a high salinity resistance was developed to apply to the reserve with a high salinity resistance(salinity of formation water up to 13×10~4 mg/L) in Zhetybai Oilfield of Kazakhstan.The three media of FP3630,Organic aluminum cross - linking agent and Thiourea stabilizer were chosen as objects of the lab from altogether three kinds of Salt tolerance of polyacrylamides,four kinds of organic cross - linking agents and two kinds of stabilizers.The optimum formula was confirmed on the basis of ensuring the optimum usage amount of all the agents by use of a single factor analyzing through the orthogonal experiments.Such a conclusion was reached that the stabilization time of gel would last for 48 days with the mass concentration of polyacrylamides up to 0.6%,that of cross - linking agent up to 0.004%and stabilizer up to 0.04%respectively.In addition, the influence of concentration,salinity and stabilization of polymers on the viscosity of gel system was studied through the dynamic rheological method and an analysis was also made to probe into the mechanism of all the experimental results.
