摘要
在风城SAGD水平井控液工艺研究项目中,由于水平井垂深过小,需要考虑在正常解封与异常丢手时,解封工具锚爪的易压入性及强度的问题。通过对锚爪各结构参数研究发现,纯倒扣扭矩并不是锚爪失效的主要原因,而过大的管柱压力(悬重)和倒扣扭矩共同作用才是引起锚爪失效的主要原因。在此基础上,调整了锚爪各个结构参数,改进了锚爪模型,使其受力情况和性能得到改善,并对施工方法提出了建议。
There is a need for considering the compressibility and strength of fluke as a releasing tool when a normal or abnormal releasing is conducted due to the shorter vertical depth of horizontal well in the fluid controlling of SAGD horizontal wells in Fengcheng Oilfield.The result of study for the structure parameters of fluke shows that it is not the thorough back - off torque alone but the combined action of overwhelming string pressure and back - off torque that leads to a failure of fluke operation.Therefore,the structure parameter of fluke was then modified to advance the fluke model to obtain an optimum force and performance.A proposal was also raised for operation method.
