摘要
在抽油井生产过程中,泵的实际排量常小于其理论排量,二者的比值称为泵的容积效率,油田通称为泵效,影响泵效的因素主要有三个方面:抽油杆柱与油管柱的弹性伸缩的影响,气体和充不满的影响及漏失的影响,旨在探讨抽油泵泵阀设计过程,即如何采用合理的设计方法提高抽油泵的泵效。
It is a common practice in producing the pump well that the value of actual displacement of pumping often appears to be less than that of its theoretical displacement.The following three factors contribute to the unconformity of the values between them.The first factor comes to the elastic expansion between the rod string and the tubing string,and the second one to the pump filled with so much gas as to decrease the efficiency of pumping,with the leakage of fluid in the pump as the third one.To give a solution to the problem,this paper is designed to probe into the premium method of improving the efficiency of pumping by optimizing the pump valve structure.
