仰角六通的研制

STUDY OF SIX - WAY WITH ANGEL OF ELEVATION

在连续油管水力喷砂射孔压裂中,加砂装置是必不可少的。为此,通过调研,自行设计了一套加砂装置,即仰角六通。跟国外技术相比较,该装置虽然在体积上比国外的大,但是,新设计克服了油壬扣坏后、焊接质量不好等整体报废的可能性,从长远来看,大大节省了成本。

The angel of elevation plays an important role in the peifoiation fracturing with coiled tubing hydraulic blowout.In such a case,a new set of sand addition equipment was developed on the basis of survey of technology concerned.The new one,in spite of having a larger volume than that of abroad,serves to prevent the case from happening that the sand addition would be abandoned when the union is broken to cause a failed welding, achieving the cost saving in a long run.
