论地区师范院校英语专业学生“执业”能力培养

On Developing Professional Skills of English Majors in Local Normal Colleges

随着我国师范教育的发展,毕业生就业压力不断增大,有必要将执业能力的培养提到一定高度来认识。毕业生就业前要通过一定形式的招考,要求学生不仅要具备专业基础知识和理论水平,而且更要具备一定的"执业"能力。教师的职业周期正在提前,职前期要具备职初期的能力才能具有竞争性。

Students＇ vocational education has been paid enough attention along with the development of normal colleges. But the professional skills appear to be also important factors for obtaining employment through interviews as well as exams. Teachers＇ periodicity of profession is being shifting to an earlier stage, and initial period is shifting to pre - period. Students in pro - period should have obilities of initial period if they want to have capacity of competition in the employment.
