为了能更好的适应系部图书资料室工作的基本特点与教学科研发展客观要求,更好地为师生服务,学校必须从重视图书资料管理员的思想素质、加强能力培训、提高专业素质和严格考核制度等方面来提高图书资料管理员的综合素质,以适应新形势的发展。

In order to better adapt to the basic characteristics and the objective requirement for the development of teaching and science re- search of the work in department library reference rooms and serve for teaching and students, the local colleges should pay much attention to impro- ving library administrators＇ comprehensive qualities including emphasizing on their ideological quality, strengthening the training of their ability, improving their professional quality as well as being strict with the appraisal system, to make them adapt to the new situation.
