摘要
从公元5世纪开始,中医药膳食疗著作传入日本,唐、宋、元、明、清各时期的中国重要药膳食疗著作东传,对日本药膳食疗文化如饮食理念、饮食风俗、饮食习惯的形成影响深刻。
The article reviews the dissemination of the key works on Chinese Medicinal dietotherapy to Japan, as well as their history of being spread in Japan. Since the 5th century AD,works on Chinese Medicinal dietotherapy were disseminated to Japan in the Tang, Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.The dissemination of the key works on Chinese Medicinal dietotherapy to Japan led to far-reaching impact on Japanese Medicinal dietotherapy culture. Chinese Medicinal dietotherapy deeply impacts the development of Japanese catering concept, catering customs and habits.
