针对天堂水库输水设施存在的漏水、老化及运行管理落后、操作不便等问题,结合工程地位条件对输水设施进行改建设计,实施后,解决了工程病险问题。

For the water conveyance facility of Heaven Reservoir, reconstruction was designed and carried out according to engineering geological conditions, so as to solve its problems including leakage, aging, backward man- agement and inconvenient operating.
