摘要
山洪灾害是山区防汛工作的重点和难点。分析了广西北流市山洪灾害发生的特点和山洪灾害防御工作中存在的问题,提出了非工程措施防治山洪灾害的具体对策。
Flash flood disaster is the keystone and difficulty of flood protection in mountainous region. Based on analysis of the characteristics of flash flood disaster of Beiliu City and the problems existing in prevention, the au- thor put forward the detailed countermeasures for preventing flash flood disaster with non-engineering measures.
