Geological conditions and causes of formation of landslide of an expressway are briefly introduced and management methods of the landslide such as slip casting, anti - slide pile, digging steps, laying geogrid and relief well in combination with surface drainage are confirmed. Idea of ＂Prevention first, Complete Cure＂ and prin- ciple of ＂Safety, speediness, and comprehensive improvement＂ are proposed.
