摘要
某新建高层住宅楼工程设计拟采用浅层强风化绿泥石片岩作为天然基础持力层,为确定地基承载力特征值,选用了平板静载荷试验(慢速维持荷载法)对地基进行了检测工作。对检测过程进行了介绍,并结合该场地的地质环境特征,对该场地的承载力特征值及变形模量提出建议。
A new high -rise residential building project is designed to adopt shallow strongly weathered chlo- rite schist as a natural foundation bearing stratum. In order to determine the characteristic value of the bearing ca- pacity of foundation, a plate static load test ( slow sustaining load method) is selected to detect the foundation. De- tection process is described, combined with the characteristics of the geological environment of the site, recommen- dations are proposed for the bearing capacity characteristic value and deformation modulus of the site.
