摘要
采用模糊综合评价方法,构建了航运市场评价指标体系,通过专家打分的途径,定量分析了辽宁省航运市场现状,用数学方式评价了全省航运市场培育环境的优势、劣势,为管理机关科学决策促进航运市场良好发展提供有利支撑。
Fuzzy compressive assessment methods are adopted, assessment index system for shipping market is built up, current situation of shipping market in Liaoning Province is analyzed quantitatively by means of grading by professionals, and strengths and weaknesses of shipping market cultivation environment in the whole province is as- sessed mathematically, providing advantageous support for scientific decision - making by administrative authority to promote good development of shipping market.
