The Synergy Governance of Urban Food Safety Crisis

城市食品安全危机的频繁发生与不确定性需要调动政府与广泛社会主体的力量进行协同治理。本文根据近十年来城市食品安全危机治理的情况分析城市食品安全危机进行协同治理的必要性,尝试性地提出食品安全危机协同治理的概念与特点,基于协同治理理论并结合我国当前实际,设计出构建城市食品安全危机协同治理模式的主要路径。

The frequent occurrence and uncertainty of urban food safety crisis needs a synergy governance from the government and social forces. This article analyzes the necessity of the synergy governance of food safety crisis according to the governance of food secu- rity crisis events that occurred over the past decade, proposes the concept and characteristics. Based on the collaborative governance theory, with China~ actual situation currently, it designs out the main paths of building the synergy governance of food safety crisis in city.
