摘要
本文以盐城工学院材料科学与工程专业实施"卓越工程师计划"为例,提出应用型本科院校采用的"3+1"人才培养模式及"项目绑定式"工程实践能力培养体系,该模式能为应用型本科院校实施"卓越工程师计划"提供借鉴与参考。
This article introduces the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ teaching mode and ＂project binding＂ engineering capacity training system for application-oriented material science and engineering application in idea of ＂Excellent Engineer Plan＂. The establishment of teaching adapting ＂3--1＂ training project can serve as reference for the construction of school of the same level.
