氨溴索佐治哮喘性支气管炎的临床价值

Clinical value of ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis

目的探讨氨溴索在哮喘性支气管炎治疗中的临床价值。方法选择2010年9月至2011年9月在本院诊治的哮喘性支气管炎患者90例,将患者随机分成两组:实验组45例,对照组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组则在常规治疗基础上再给予氨溴索治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、症状体征消失时间及其肺功能恢复情况。结果实验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组症状体征消失时间明显快于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的肺功能恢复状态明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用氨溴索佐治哮喘性支气管炎的效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Ninety patients of asthmatic bronchitis admitted into our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,the study group（n=45） and the control group（n=45）.The control group was given conventional treatment,but the study group was treated by ambroxol on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of symptoms and signs and the pulmonary function in the two groups was observed and compared after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the study group was significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The recovery of pulmonary function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol had significant clinical effects in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.
