急性脑梗死溶栓治疗研究进展

Research progress on thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

脑梗死严重威胁着人类生命健康和生活质量。近年来研究发现,溶栓治疗是目前国内外唯一公认的挽救缺血脑组织积极有效的治疗方式。本文综述了溶栓的常用药物、治疗时间窗、常用方法及并发症,提示:掌握溶栓的治疗时机、用药剂量、治疗方法等情况,对于改善患者预后、提高生活质量及最大限度地减少并发症具有重要意义。

Ischemic stroke exerts profound effectd on human health and the quality of life.Recent studies revealed that thrombolytic therapy is regarded to be the only effective therapy to retrieve ischemic brain tissue.This article reviews thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,including the general drugs,time of therapy,general method and complications.The mastering of thrombolytic therapy is of great significance to improve the patients’ prognosis and the quality of life.
