摘要
目的通过对影响护士幸福指数及工作满意度相关因素的分析,为提高护士积极情感提供参考,以改善医疗服务的效率和质量。方法采用偶遇抽样法对汉川市12所医院的206名注册护士进行问卷调查,内容包括幸福指数、综合幸福感、工作满意度3个方面。结果护士总体幸福指数处于中等水平;综合幸福感各维度水平由高至低依次为健康关注、友好关系、自我价值、利他行为、生命活力、正性情感、人格成长、生活满意及负性情感。正性情感、生活满意、负性情感、友好关系4个变量联合解释幸福指数总变异量的47.80%,其中正性情感对幸福指数影响最大;工作满意度各维度中收入、自主性、互动合作3个变量联合解释幸福指数总变异量的8.10%,其中收入对幸福指数影响最大。结论针对不同影响因素采取适当的措施可提高护士的幸福指数,从而提高护士工作积极性,缓解职业倦怠。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the well-being index and job satisfaction among nurses,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.Methods Two hundred and six registered nurses from 12 hospitals in hanchuan City were recruited by accidental sampling method and investigated with a questionnaire including well-being index,subjective well-being and job satisfaction.Results The overall well-being index of grassroots nurses was found to be in the medium level.The average scores of the nine dimensions of subjective well-being were ranked at a descending order as follows:health concerns,friendly relationship,self-worth,altruistic behavior,life satisfaction,positive feeling,personality development,life vitality and negative feeling.Well-being index was explained by 47.80% with positive feeling,life satisfaction,negative feeling and friendly relationship,among which,the index of positive feeling played the most important role.Well-being index was explained by 8.10% with pay,autonomy,interaction and cooperation,among which,the index of pay played the most important role.Conclusion Effective measures to control the influencing factors could increase the work efficiency,improve staff’s well-being and relieve occupation fatigue.
