复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林治疗重型麻疹疗效观察

Curative effect of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with Ribavirin in the treatment of severe measles.

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林与单独应用利巴韦林治疗重型麻疹的临床疗效对比。方法将96例重型麻疹患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各48例。在综合治疗基础上,治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林静脉滴注治疗,对照组给予单独应用利巴韦林静脉滴注治疗,治疗7~10d后评估两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.75%和66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林治疗重型麻疹的疗效优于单用利巴韦林。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with Ribavirin in the treatment of severe measles. Methods Ninety-six patients of severe measles were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group. Based on the comprehensive treatment, patients in the study group were treated by intravenous drip of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with Ribavirin, and those in the control group were treated by intravenous drip of Ribavirin alone. After 7~10 days’ treatment, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate is 93.75% in study group and 66.67% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C combined with Ribavirin is better than Ribavirin alone in the treatment of severe measles.
