基于中国情境下绩效管理的再认识

摘要 从介绍绩效管理的发展史人手,引出绩效管理的概念及内涵,总结了当今通用的绩效管理方法,分析了中国绩效管理实施过程中所出现问题,提出了中国情景下完善绩效管理的策略建议。 Starting with the development history of the performance management, its concept and connotation were introduced. The common methods of the performance management were summarized. The problems existed in the process of implementing the performance management under Chinese situation were analyzed and some suggestions on improving the performance management were put forward.
