摘要
目的由于结核病检测技术目前存在灵敏度低,检测周期长的问题,给结核病防治工作带来了诸多不便。多种基因检测技术的出现为结核病的诊断,提供了有利工具。本文通关过使用新型基因扩增法,LAMP法对痰标本中的结核分枝杆菌进行检测。方法采集54份肺结核疑似患者的临床痰标本,对每份样本使用LAMP法进行检测,并使用痰培养结果作为金标准。结果在直接检测痰标本的试验中LAMP的灵敏度为96%,特异性为100%。结论通过这项研究发现,使用LAMP技术用于痰标本中结核分枝杆菌的检测,可大大缩短检测周期,简化操作步骤,具有成本低、灵敏度高、特异性强的优点,有利于进行结合病的筛查和诊断。
Objective In the present,the problem of low sensitivity and time consuming is the biggest problem of TB diagnosis.In the past decade some nucleic acid application methods were employed in TB detection,the sensitivity and speed were improved.In this study,Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP) and conventional culture method were used in TB diagnosis.Methods LAMP and conventional culture method were employed in TB detection.A total of 54 clinical sputum specimens were collected from suspected TB patients,and were detected by LAMP and culture method.Results The sensitivity rate of LAMP in all specimens was 96%,and specificity rate was 100%.Conclusion According to this study,we find that the LAMP method used in TB detection could reduce the inspection period,and simplify the operation steps with high specificity,sensitivity and low cost,which is beneficial to the screening and diagnosis of tuberculosis
