摘要 当今时代,恐怕没有哪一个词会比＂发展＂更加令人津津乐道、百谈不厌。从其使用范围、被引频率及修辞作用上,我们足以发现,＂发展＂的受捧程度绝对称得上是独领风骚。然而,也从来没有一个词会如＂发展＂一样蹊跷独特：一方面,它具有凌驾于一切之上的超然地位,所有意识形态、
