摘要
战略变革不是完全基于决策层理性规划的,而主要是由企业外部环境的变化所导致,这种外部影响归根结底来自于激烈的竞争。外部环境的实质就是竞争和资源约束的合力。企业在这种压力的作用下要求得生存,就必须不断加强自身的能力,不断完善发展制定的规划。企业决策者对环境的解读和主动认知已经占据了战略决策的主导位置。21世纪成功的管理途径是"认知"的研究与应用。
Strategic changes are not completely based on the rational planning of the enterprise management team, but it is mainly caused by the change of external environment, the external influence in the final analysis is from the fierce competition. The essence of the external environment is the resultant of the competition and resource. Enterprise in this pressure for existence, must constantly strengthen their abilities, and constantly improve the development planning. Enterprise decision makers' interpretation about the environment and active cognitive has dominated the dominant position of the strategic decision. Successful management way in 21 century is the research and application about"Cognize".
