山西省农村物流发展现状及对策研究

On Rural Logistics Development in Shanxi Province

农村物流作为服务农村地区生产和生活需要的重要方式,它的产生和发展促进了城乡间人、财、物和信息资源的相互交流,促进了农业生产方式转变,加快了传统农业向现代农业转型,带动了农村经济发展。本着发展农村物流,推动社会主义新农村建设的积极要求,从山西省实际出发,通过对交通运管部门在发展农村物流中的实践以及影响农村物流发展的因素进行分析,从管理、政策、基础设施建设、专业知识和技术普及、加强对外交流等五方面提出了农村物流发展的相关对策措施。

As an important way of serving the needs of production and livelihood in rural areas, the emergence and devel opment of rural logistics promotes mutual exchanges of people, finance, material and information resources between the urban and rural areas, facilitates the change of agricultural production mode, speeds up the transformation of traditional agriculture to modem agriculture and drives the rural economic development. Based on the development of rural logistics and requirements of the new socialist rural construction, combined with the reality of Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the practice of Transportation Administration Department and the affecting factors on developing rural logistics. And then it puts forward the relevant countermeasures from five aspects： the management, policy, infrastructure construction, professional knowledge and technical popularization, and external exchange.
