长江中下游地区的主要水问题与对策

Main Water Issues and Countermeasures in Middle and Lower Reaches of Yangtze River

长江中下游地区是我国重要的粮、油、棉生产基地,是中国经济发展最快的地区之一。伴随着经济的快速发展,水、土、大气等方面的环境质量普遍较20年前有明显下降。与此同时,洪涝威胁依然存在,旱涝并存、水环境、水生态形势严峻。重点针对该区比较突出的与水环境、水生态有关的水问题,在总结国内外经验的基础上提出了相应的对策,旨在推动该区社会经济可持续发展。

The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is an important base for producing grain,cotton and oil plants,one of the most rapidly developing areas economicalliy in China.Along with a quick development in economy,its environmental quality related to water,soil and atmosphere rifely and obviously decline compared with those twenty years ago.In the meantime,flood menace still exists,drought and waterlogging coexists,water environment and hydroecology have been deteriorating.The more important water issues related to water environment and hydroecology in the region were emphasized,and a few of corresponding countermeasures based upon summarizing the domestic and foreign experiences were put forward so as to drive social-economy sustainable develoipment of the region.
