4种百合科植物叶表皮结构的比较 被引量:3

摘要 以百合科的吉祥草(Reineckia carnea)、万年青(Rohdea japonica)、麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)和萱草(Hemerocallis fulva)4种植物为研究对象,利用光学显微技术进行叶表皮特征的观察,测量并统计表皮细胞长宽、气孔大小、气孔密度等参数,初步分析了4种植物叶表皮解剖结构的相关性和差异性。结果表明:4种植物叶表皮细胞具有长、短细胞之分,细胞形状多数为长矩形、椭圆形或近圆形,均无副卫细胞;4种植物的叶表皮细胞大小、形状、气孔密度、气孔与周围表皮细胞相对位置,以及气孔器在上下表皮的分布等特征均存在一定差异。 By using photomicrographic technique,the comparative anatomy of the leaf epidermis of 4 species in the Liliaceae family was studied.The 4 species were Reineckia carnea,Rohdea Japonica, Ophiopogon japonicus and Hemerocallis fulva.The stomatal type,stomatal size,stomatal density were measured and counted with light microscope.Preliminary analysis of the correlation and difference of the four plants leaf epidermis structure was given.The results showed that:the leaf epidermis of the 4 plants have long cells and short cells;the shape of most epidermal cells are long rectangular,elliptic or nearly circular and they have no accessory cells.There are some differences between the species on the stomatal shape,size,desity,relative location and distribution on the upper and lower leaf epidermis.
