套袋对‘8306’椪柑果实品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以‘8306’椪柑(Citrus reticulate Blanco cv.ponkan)为试材,研究套袋后不同拆袋时间对其果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋后单果重有减少的倾向,果皮厚无变化;果皮类胡萝卜素含量、可滴定酸含量降低,糖酸比和维生素C含量增加;套袋对果实可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、可食率、出汁率、种子数及囊瓣数均没有影响。综合来看,套袋可提高‘8306'椪柑果实品质,‘8306'椪柑适合套单层纸袋,最佳拆袋时间为采前15d。 The effects on fruit quality were studied after bagging on '8306' kam peng(Citrusreticulate Blanco cv.ponkan) at different stages of removing the bags in order to offer theory base for bagging culture of kam peng fruit.The results were as follows:the fruit weight tended to decrease, and the rind thickness had no significant difference,and carotenoid concentration of fruit peel decreased significantly after bagging.Total titratable acid concentration decreased,the ratio of sugar to acid and vitamin C concentration increased significantly after bagging.There were no significant effects on soluble solid concentration,total sugar concentration,edible rate,juice extraction rate, seed numbers and segment membrance numbers after bagging.Analysis synthesis showed that bagging improved fruit quality of '8306' kam peng,one-layer bag was suitable for '8306' kam peng and the optimal time to remove bags was fifteen days before harvest.
