摘要
研究了24℃水温条件下,20、40、60、80、100、120mg/L的丁香酚对苏氏圆腹(鱼芒)(Pangasiussutchi)成鱼的麻醉及复苏效果,探讨了以80mg/L丁香酚将苏氏圆腹(鱼芒)成鱼麻醉,再分别在空气中暴露5、10、15、20、25min后对其复苏效果的影响。结果表明,60~120mg/L丁香酚效果最佳,平均都可以在3min内使其麻醉,麻醉后可在5min内完成复苏,以80mg/L为例麻醉后在空气中暴露长达25min仍可完全复苏。可见,丁香酚是安全、有效的苏氏圆腹(鱼芒)麻醉剂,完全可以满足常规实验操作对其麻醉的需要。
The effect of eugenol as an anaesthetic on adult sutchi catfish(Pangasius sutchi) was investigated in a range of concentrations(20,40,60,80,100mg/L and 120mg/L) at 24℃of water temperature.In addition,the effect of exposure time(5,10,15,20 and 25 min,respectively) to air on fish recovery was examined in sutchi catfishes anaesthetized by 80mg/L of eugenol.The results showed that the optimum concentrations of eugenol were found to be 60~120mg/L,which could induce anaesthesia in less than 3 min in average and recover after anaesthesia in less than 5 min.After being exposed to air for up to 25 min,anaesthetized fishes could totally recover.In conclusion,eugenol was a safe and effective anaesthetic for the catfish,and could meet the need of anaesthesia for conventional manipulations of this fish.
