摘要
目的提高外侧裂区胶质瘤的手术治疗水平,降低该区域重要血管、功能组织损伤,有效减少并发症。方法回顾性分析2007-01—2010-12收治的35例外侧裂区胶质瘤的临床资料,所有病例均经显微手术治疗。结果本组无死亡,全切23例,次全切除12例。术后肢体肌力下降8例,其中6例经治疗6个月后肢体肌力恢复。结论外侧裂区胶质瘤在手术显微镜下可以及时切除。
Objective To improve microneurosurgical treatment for gliomas located in lateral fissure areas. Methods Total 35 cases of gliomas located in lateral fissure areas underwent microneurosurgical resection.The clinical characteristics of all patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results Some 23 patients underwent total resection,12 patients underwent subtotal resection by microneurosurgical technique.Eight patients resulted in motor dysfunction following surgery,in which 6 cases were recovered after 6 months. Conclusion Gliomas located in lateral fissure areas could be radically resected under microscope.It is the key of the surgery on the lateral fissure glioma to protecting the main branches of middle cerebral artery,trunk of middle cerebral vein,and important brain functional areas.
