椎旁肌入路单节段固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨椎旁肌入路单节段固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的技术优点及临床疗效。方法采用该方法治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折17例。结果 17例手术时间(66.1±14.5)min,术中出血量(130.7±18.8)ml,术后3 d X线片复查Cobb法局部后凸角平均为(0.8±0.5)°,术后10个月随访局部后凸角平均(0.9±0.3)°,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经椎旁肌入路单节段固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折具有创伤小、出血少,操作简单,恢复快等优点,为一种可供选择的治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的好方法。
