半肩置换治疗肱骨近端四部分骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察半肩关节置换治疗肱骨近端四部分骨折的临床疗效。方法对15例肱骨近端四部分骨折行半肩置换,应用改良的半关节成形术评分系统(SSMH)评价治疗效果。结果本组获随访平均33.4个月,13例无疼痛,2例轻微疼痛;肩关节平均外展95°(90～100°),前屈95°(80～100°),外旋40°(30～45°),内旋60°(50～70°)。SSMH评分平均24.5分(22～29分)。结论半肩关节置换可以有效治疗肱骨近端四部分骨折,临床效果满意,但需仔细修复肩袖并积极进行术后功能锻炼。
