城市公共文化设施集中建设的空间绩效分析——以广州、天津、太原为例

Preliminary Analysis of the Spatial Performance of Concentrated Construction of Urban Public Culture Facilities: Case Study of Guangzhou, Tianjin and Taiyuan

针对近年来我国公共文化设施集中建设的热潮,在梳理国外建设经验的基础上,选取广州珠江新城花城广场公建区、天津文化中心和太原长风文化岛为国内典型案例,运用对比分析法、空间句法等,从设施建设是否顺应城市文化发展的需求、空间上的集中是否对城市肌理与周边交通产生影响、规划设计是否考虑到了城市活力的营造以及后期运营是否能与大规模建设投入相平衡4个方面,对我国公共文化设施集中建设的空间绩效进行分析。

Aiming at the boom of concentrated construction of domestic public culture facilities in recent years, and consulting relevant foreign experience, the researchers take three culture centers separately in Guangzhou, Tianjin and Taiyuan as typical case, and make analysis by comparative method with spatial syntax on the subject of spatial performance of public culture facilities construction in four aspects： 1. Whether facilities construction could conform to the need of urban culture development. 2. Whether the spatial concentration could impact surrounding traffic. 3. Whether the planner considers urban vitality. 4. Whether the income could be balanced with the investment of large-scale construction.
