通过基本的数值量度解释密度的多种含义和量度方法,在厘清了建筑密度的相关内容和参照指标之后,指出需要将多种建筑密度指标结合成一种整体性的评价方法,用于描述、评价与预测建筑与城市的环境密度状态,以及所产生的形态和组织结构形式,从而为建筑和规划密度的制定提供依据和指导,也为建筑与城市的形态和组织结构选择提供依托。

By the basic numerical measure, this paper gives explanation of the various meanings and measurement of density and clarifies the relevant contents and reference indexes on building density. It points out that an integral evaluation method composed of multi-index of building density can be used in describing, evaluating and predicting the state, form and composition of environmental density of building and city, and also be a basis and guidance for drawing up density of building and plan, as well as a reference for options of architectural and urban form and composition.
