《放射性粒子植入技术临床应用》出版 被引量:1

摘要 由上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院陈克敏教授及上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院卢湾分院王忠敏教授联合主编的《放射性粒子植入技术临床应用》最近由上海科学出版社出版。放射性粒子治疗作为近距离放射治疗的历史可追溯到20世纪初,镭针植入肿瘤内的近距离治疗。上世纪80年代以来,随着设备和技术的逐渐改进,放射性粒子治疗有了长足的发展。在美国等先进国家,放射性粒子近距离治疗已被广泛应用于治疗前列腺癌等领域,取得了很好的效果。放射性粒子植入治疗可分为外科手术中的植入和CT、超声等影像导向下的植入。近年来随着多排探测器CT、超声和MR设备的更新和技术的进展,在影像学导向下的放射性粒子治疗,特别是CT导向下的粒子治疗得到了很大的发展。究其原因为:CT检测和引导速度快、空间分辨率高、覆盖范围大、导向精确,并可做很多图像后处理,如多平面重建等。与手术植入相比,其植入创伤小,操作相对简单,治疗效果肯定,易于为病人接受。因此其应用范围不断扩大,日益受到业界的重视。本书作者从临床实践出发,总结了多年来在日常工作中遇到的头颈部、胸部、腹部、盆腔、骨和软组织肿瘤的放射性粒子组织间植入的实践经验。各章节主要侧重于治疗的适应证、禁忌证、操作过程、并发证的预防和处理等内容,并列举了大量的病例图片,可供介入放射科及肿瘤科医师参考。
