松嫩平原第四纪以来的生态环境发生了多次变迁 ,在地质历史时期受控于自然因素 ,新构造运动和冰期气候旋回共同制约着第四纪生态环境演变的历史 ,新构造运动使平原隆起、拗陷、水系变迁和地貌重塑 ;东亚季风等气候因素在生态环境演化的过程中起着重要作用 ,并且新构造运动与气候演变具有准同步性。随着人类社会的发展 ,社会因素的影响逐步加强 ,已构成现代生态环境恶化的决定性因素。

The eco-environment of the Songnen plain has been changed many times since the Quaternary. The influence factors include natural and social factors. In the geological history, natural factors controlled the eco-environment. Neotectonism and climate cycle have pene-synchronism. They played an important role in the eco-environment change. As human society development, the influence of social factors become greater gradually.
