平山病一例 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料患者男性，22岁，左利手，缝纫工，因“颈后痛半年余、左上肢无力伴肌肉萎缩3个月”于2011年6月20日入院。一年多前无诱因感颈后疼痛不适、左上肢发凉，3个月前出现左手小指无力，后波及其余4指，寒冷时加重，发现左手及前臂肌肉萎缩。病程中无感觉异常、
