细胞周期调节因子ATM、Chk2和p53在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床病理意义 被引量:9

摘要 共济失调-毛细血管扩张突变基因(ATM)是重要的细胞周期检测点激酶,参与激活、调控多种细胞周期调节因子和DNA损伤的修复。细胞周期检查点激酶2(Chk2)是细胞周期检测点中关键的效应蛋白酶,在维护基因组稳定性及准确传代过程中起重要作用。
