韩国是资本项目可兑换程度较高的新兴国家之一,灵活的制度安排给韩国经济带来巨大的活力和发展空间,同时也造成了韩国经济的对外依存度高和经济不稳定的特点。因此,韩国政府在实行资本项目可兑换的同时,也采取了一系列资本管制措施,但实践证明,管制的效果非常有限。

Korea is one of the emerging countries which implement capital account liberation. The economy of Korea takes advantages of the flexible policy arrangement, but also suffers from high external dependence and economic instability. Therefore, the Korea government carries out a series of capital account restriction. But the practice proves that the effect of restrictions is limited.
