摘要 痉挛性发音障碍是一种扰乱声带正常运动，在发音时引起喉部肌肉异常痉挛的局灶性喉肌肌张力障碍，系中枢运动信息处理程序障碍所致的慢性神经系统疾病^[1]。文献报道发生率低于1／100000，女性稍多。可分为内收型、外展型及，
