面对新的历史机遇和挑战,四川烹饪高等专科学校信息技术系充分发挥与餐饮旅游行业产学研合作的独特优势,创新以通识课程、工作室、校企合作、创业训练、国际交流等为基本内容的餐饮旅游行业人才培养模式,走出了一条独特的可持续发展的应用型人才培养之路。
Facing new historical opportunities and challenges, Information Technology Department of Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine explored a unique and sustainable mode of cultivating applied talents, giving full play to the production-education-research cooperation in the catering tourism industry, innovating the training mode which consists of ＂General Courses＂, ＂Studio＂, ＂College-enterprise Cooperation＂, ＇~ Entrepreneurship Training＂ and ＂International Exchange＂.
