摘要
２１世纪初期是江西经济实现第二步战略目标并向第三步战略目标迈进的关键时期，本文通过对江西省矿产资源状况及面临的严峻形势的分析，指出了地勘单位和矿山企业当前存在的问题，强调了节约资源保护环境的重要性和在保护中开发，在开发中保护的原则，提出了实施江西经济社会可持续发展的矿产资源方面的对策思路。
Based on a comprehensive analysis on the grim situation concerned with the mineral resources of Jiangxi Province, this paper points out the present problems existing in geological ex ploration units and mining enterprises, laying emphasis on economizing on mineral resources, on en vironmental protection, and on the principle of 'protection while mining'. Finally, the writer puts forward some counter measures on mineral resources concerned with the sustainable development of the economic society in Jiangxi.
