摘要
科技特派员制度是科技创新转化的有效方式。"十一五"四川省农业科学院狠抓"科技特派员"服务模式,在科技创新与转化方面取得了明显成效,文章总结了四川省农业科学院强化"科技特派员"服务模式的主要做法,并提出了推进科技特派员农村科技创新创业的"四大工程"。
System of scientific and technological envoys is an effective way of Science and technology innovation and transformation. Grasping service model of scientific and technological envoys, Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences obtained significant achievements of lechnological innovation and transformation. Basic experiences of scientific and technological envoys in Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences were summarized in the paper. ＂Four Projects＂ of promoting scientific and technological envoys in rural science and technology innovation were also proposed.
