油气储运作为能源保障系统中的重要一环,在国民经济建设中占有极其重要的地位。随着社会经济发展和国家油气资源战略的实施,油气储运设施建设进入了新的大发展时期。通过回顾原油、成品油、天然气储存与运输的历史背景和现状,介绍了我国油气储运工业的发展历程。结合中国国情,概述了近年来我国油气储运在科技和管理领域取得的创新成果,展望了我国油气储运技术的发展趋势与前景。

As one of the important links in the energy guarantee system, oil & gas storage and transportation plays a very important role in nationaleconomical construction. With the socioeconomic development and the implementation of national oil and gas resource strategies, the construction of oil & gas storage and transport facilities will enter a new era of great development. This paper introduces the development progress in oil & gas storage and transportation industry in China through reviewing the historical background and current situation of storage & transportation of crude oil, refined oil and natural gas. Combined with China's current situation, it summarizes the recent years' achievements in the field in technology and management in China, and prospects the future development trend and vision of oil & gas storage and transportation technology in China.
