摘要
在碱性条件下盐酸二甲双胍对鲁米诺—高碘酸钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸二甲双胍的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸二甲双胍的线性范围为1.0×10-9~7.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为3.4×10-9mol/L,对于浓度为1.0×10-7mol/L的盐酸二甲双胍连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.8%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在99.6%-101.0%之间.该方法用于盐酸二甲双胍片剂中盐酸二甲双胍的定量分析,结果满意.
A highly sensitive chemiluminesence(CL) method for the determination of metformin hydrochloride by flow injection analysis was developed, based on that the CL intensity of Luminol - KIO4 systems was en- hanced by metformin hydrochloride. The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of met- formin hydrochloride was in a linear range from 1.0 ×10-9 to 7.0×10-5 mol/L. The detection limit of met- formin hydrochloride was 3.4 ×10-9 mol/L, Precision of the method was tested at the content ration level of 1. 0 ×10-7 mol/L of metformin hydrochloride for 11 determinations, and value of RSD was 0.8%. Test for re- covery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as matrixes, results of recovery were in the range of 99.6% - 101.0%. The proposed method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of metformin hydrochloride in tablets.
