摘要 介绍了化学生物学专业本科毕业设计实验——产植酸酶微生物的筛选及鉴定,通过实验将化学生物学和分子生物学中基本的操作技术和方法运到科研中,使本科毕业生能够综合运用所学知识进行毕业设计实验,筛选到的产酶微生物可作为潜在的饲料生产用菌株,实现科研与生产相结合。 A graduated experimental design of chemical biology: the screening and identification of phytase - producing microor- ganisms was introduced in this paper. By this experiment, the graduation students could apply the basic manipulation techniques and the methods of chemical biology and molecular biology to the scientific research. This experiment also could make the Students synthetically use their knowledge to the graduated experimental design. The screened phytase - producing microorganisms could be used as the potential strains for feed production. So this experimental design could realize the combination of scientific research and production.
