海洛因复吸成瘾对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

EFFECTS OF HEROIN READDICTION ON LEARNING AND MEMORY IN RATS

目的:研究海洛因复吸成瘾对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:30只雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、海洛因脱毒组和海洛因复吸组,每组10只。海洛因脱毒组和海络因复吸组采用递增法给大鼠皮下注射海洛因造成大鼠成瘾,用美沙酮-丁丙诺啡-可乐定脱毒治疗。尔后,海洛因复吸组再按上法皮下注射海洛因造成动物复吸成瘾。对照组使用等量生理盐水处理。采用Morris水迷宫对各组大鼠进行学习记忆能力检测。结果:与对照组和脱毒组相比,复吸组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期明显延长,穿越站台次数明显减少。脱毒组和对照组相比,脱毒组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期也明显延长,穿越站台次数也明显减少。结论:海洛因复吸成瘾可损害大鼠的学习记忆能力。

Objective：To study the effects of heroin readdiction on learning and memory capacity in rats.Methods： Thirty female rats were divided into control,heroin detoxication and heroin readdiction groups.The posterior two groups used the method of gradual increasing of dosages,rats were given subcutaneous injection of heroin and then became addicted to heroin.Methadone-Buprenorphine-clonidine was used to abtain heroin addicted rats.The heroin readdiction group was given subcutaneous injection of heroin once more and then became readdicted to heroin.The control group was administrated by saline in the same volume.Morris water maze was used to examine the capability of learning and memory by detecting the mean latencies and the times to cross the target.Results： As compared with the control and heroin detoxication groups,the average escape incubation period in heroin readdiction rats was obvious long,and the number of passing the platform was also diminished.The heroin detoxication group had the same results compared with the control group.Conclusion： Heroia readdiction harms the spatial learning and memory in rats.
