摘要
为了改善烟梗浸膏的品质,在造纸法再造烟叶生产中应用了复合酶工艺技术。结果表明:淀粉酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶的最适用量分别为0.5%、0.5%和1.0%;复合酶的最佳使用条件为:pH 4.91、温度55℃;洗梗液在生产中可实现恒pH值、恒温控制和过滤;经复合酶处理的烟梗、梗膏和再造烟叶的水溶性糖含量有较大的变化;复合酶洗梗技术可明显提高再造烟叶的内在品质。
In order to improve the quality of tobacco stem concentrated solution,the complex enzyme technology was applied to the reconstituted tobacco leaves produced by paper-making process.The results showed that the optimum dosages of amylase,pectinase and xylanase were 0.5%,0.5% and 1.0%,respectively.The optimum conditions for the application of complex enzymes were pH 4.91 and temperature 55 ℃.The pH-value and temperature of stem-washing solution could be constantly controlled,and the stem-washing solution could be filtrated.The water soluble sugar content in the tobacco stem,stem cream and reconstituted tobacco leaf changed greatly after the application of complex enzymes.The stem-washing technology by using complex enzymes could obviously improve the inherent quality of the reconstituted tobacco leaves.
