乡村文化建设中应当重视对传统文化的利用。社火在关陇地区拥有深厚的民众基础,是乡村文化建设中可资利用的重要文化资源。社火的价值主要体现在休闲娱乐、人际交流、团结民众、体育锻炼、精神信仰、劝世教化、抵制恶习、自尊自豪等方面。民间社火组织是具有重要影响力的非正式组织。政府因对社火发展的缺位而未能发挥管理和引导作用。乡村文化建设为社火进一步发展提供了机会。

Rural cultural construction must pay more attention to the traditional culture utilization.Community fire has a profound mass foundation in Guanlong district,and it is an important available culture resource in rural cultural construction.The values of community fire are incarnated mainly in leisure and entertainment,interpersonal communication,unity of the people,physical exercise,spiritual beliefs,advice and education,resisting vices,self-respect and pride etc..The folk community fire organization is an informal organization with an important force.The government failed to play managing and guiding roles in the development of community fire due to the lack of its position.The rural cultural construction has provided the opportunity for the further development of community fire.
