摘要
栾川白钨矿具有高钼高磷的特性,用国家标准钨酸铵灼烧法和8-羟基喹啉重量法得到的WO3量分析结果差别很大。通过对两种方法得到的WO3的光谱分析及过程中废液、废渣的化学分析,发现8-羟基喹啉重量法得到的WO3杂质含量少、纯度高,而且过程中损失也很少,从而说明8-羟基喹啉重量法是一种比钨酸铵灼烧法更适合栾川白钨矿的分析方法。
The scheelite in Luanchuan has the features of high molybdenum and high phosphorus content. The WO3 contents by ways of ammonium tungstate method and 8-hydroxyquinoline gravimetric method vary greatly. The spectral analysis on WO3 and chemical analysis on the waste liquid, waste residue out of the two methods reveals that WO3 by the latter method enjoys lower impurity content and higher concentrate content with fewer losses. So, 8- hydroxyl quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method is a favorable method for analyzing the scheelite ore of Luanchuan.
