臂式堆料机稳定性分析及轨距的合理选择

摘要 轨距是影响臂式堆料机稳定性的重要参数之一。通过分析找出臂式堆料机最危险倾覆位置并进行稳定性计算,分析稳定性安全系数随轨距变化的规律,得到满足稳定性要求的最小轨距值。探讨该值与GB/T14695-2011《臂式斗轮堆取料机型式及基本参数》中规定的最小轨距许用值间的差异,对于如何执行该标准提出建议。 Rail gauge is one of the important parameters to effect the stability of boom - type of stacker. The proper minimum rail gauge to meet the requirement of stability is obtained by analyzing and finding out the stacker the most dangerous turnover position where the stability is calculated, and by analyzing the regularity in which the safety factor of stability is varied with the rail gauge. Also the gap between the calculated minimum rail gauge from the paper and the permissible one from GB/T 14695 - 2011 ( a standard for Types and Basic Parameters for Boom - Type of Bucket wheel stacker/reclaimet) is discussed, and a suggestion how to execute the standard is put forward.
